Booking Fee

A non-refundable booking fee is required of 100 dollars to confirm your appointment.

Your appointment is not confirmed until the booking fee has been paid.

This fee will be applied toward the final cost of your service.

The remaining balance is due at the beginning of your appointment and can be paid by cash, Zelle, credit o debit card.
Rescheduling and Cancellations

Cancelling an appointment will result in the loss of your booking fee.

If your need to rescheduling, please provide at least 72 hours' notice to avoid forfeiting your booking fee.

A new booking fee is required to secure any additional appointment.

Rescheduling is allowed up to 2 times, after the second reschedule, the appointment will be canceled, and the booking fee will be forfeited.
Late Policy

Arriving more than 15 minutes late, will be treated as a "no-show", resulting in the forfeiture of your booking fee.

Unfortunately, we cannot extend appointments for late arrivals as it affects the day's schedule.

A new booking fee will be required to book another appointment.
Contraindications
Permanent makeup is not recommended for individuals who meet any of the following conditions:

Under 18 years of age. Parent / guardian consent is not accepted.

Pregnant or breastfeeding.

Known allergies to pigmentation or makeup.

Skin conditions on or near the treatment area, including but not limited to:
- Eczema or psoriasis.
- Scabs, cuts or open wounds.
- Cold sores.
- Shingles.
- Undiagnosed rashes or blisters.
- Blood-borne diseases such as Hepatitis B/C, HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, Malaria, Syphillis, etc.
- Moderate to severe acne in the treatment area.
- Bleeding disorders such as hemophilia.
- Daily blood-thinning medications.
- Epilepsy or history of fainting and seizures.
- Pacemaker or significant heart issues.
- Healing disorders or conditions affecting wound recovery.
- Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
- Recent cosmetic treatments: botox or fillers within 90 days prior to the appointment.
- Cancer treatments: currently receiving or have received radiotherapy or chemotherapy within the last 6 months.
- Prescribed skin medications for acne or skin conditions (e.g. Accutane, Retin-A or strong retinoids) within the past year before the procedure.
- History of reactions to topical anesthetics, please inform us if you've or had any allergic responses to anesthetics.
Pre-care Instructions

Avoid Blood Thinners: Refrain from alcohol, caffeine, aspirin or ibuprofen 24 hours before. These substances can thin the blood and affect the procedure results.

No Sun Exposure: Avoid sunburn or tanning on the brow area for at least one week prior.

Skip Brow Growth Serums: Discontinue the use of brow growth serums two weeks prior.

No Skincare Treatments in Brow Area: Avoid chemical peels, laser treatments or strong retinoids on or near the brow area at least two weeks before.
Healing Process

Days 1-3: Brows may appear darker and slightly swollen.
-
Days 4-10: Expect some flaking and peeling, avoid picking or scratching. The peeling process is normal as your skin heals, avoid using makeup or applying skincare products in the treated area.

Weeks 2-4: Color will lighten as the skin regenerates.
-
Full Healing (4-6 weeks): Final color and shape will set.
